How to create a Signature for your Emails

Instructions to Create a Email Signature

  1. Once on Gmail, click the  Cog button in the top right.
  2. Click the 'See all Settings' button 
  3. Scroll down to the Signature Section.
  4. Click Create new.
  5. Name your new signature.
  6. Type out your new signature.
  7. If you want to use this signature for all emails, 
  8. Click the drop down menu under 'For new Emails', then select the signature name.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click Save Changes.
