If your staff ID badge is not recognised by the Sign In App system, please follow the steps below to register your badge.
- Tap the Welcome screen, then select the magnifying glass in the top-right corner and search for your name.
- When your name appears, select it and tap “Connect an RFID tag.”
- Hold your staff ID badge against the reader until you hear a beep. A confirmation message will appear to show that your badge has been successfully connected.
- Tap the back arrow, then tap “Sign in.”
Once set up, you can sign in or out by simply scanning your badge—no need to touch the screen.
