How to connect your staff ID to Sign In App

If your staff ID badge is not recognised by the Sign In App system, please follow the steps below to register your badge.


  1. Tap the Welcome screen, then select the magnifying glass in the top-right corner and search for your name.
  2. When your name appears, select it and tap “Connect an RFID tag.”
  3. Hold your staff ID badge against the reader until you hear a beep. A confirmation message will appear to show that your badge has been successfully connected.
  4. Tap the back arrow, then tap “Sign in.”


Once set up, you can sign in or out by simply scanning your badge—no need to touch the screen.
